How Do I Pay My Premiums Online?

Your hawk-i premium can be paid online via U.S. Bank. Please click on the link below and register on the U.S. Bank site to make your premium payment(s) online.

Can I set up a payment to come out automatically every month?

Yes, when you register on our site, you will have the option to set up a one-time or a recurring payment. When your premium obligation or enrollment in the hawk-i program ends, you will need to stop the reccuring payment you set-up. The hawk-i staff will not have access to your account and will not be able to stop the payment for you.



I made my payment. Can I call your office to make sure it went through?

Please give hawk-i 1-2 business days to process your payment before you call to make sure it was received. You may call us at 800-257-8563 from 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday to confirm we received your payment. You will also get an email from USBank confirming payment.



What types of payment are accepted?

We can accept payments withdrawn from your checking or savings account. You will need a bank account to sign up for online payments. We are not able to process debit or credit cards.



Why do you ask for my email address when I sign up?

We need you to include your email address. A payment confirmation will be sent to you after you set up a payment, and it is also useful if you find that you lost your password and need to get back in to your account.



Where can I find my policy number?

Your policy number is located on your invoice. It is also located at the top of any letter you receive from hawk-i.
